How to Log In to Our Customer Portal
After making your first online booking, you will receive an email from ConverLabs. This email will prompt you to log in to your customer portal.
Set Your Password
In the login prompt, click on “Forgot Password.”
Enter your email address when prompted, and you will receive an email with instructions to create a new password.
Follow the directions in the email to set your password.
Access Your Portal
Visit our website and scroll to the bottom of the homepage.
In the bottom-right corner, click “Login.”
Use your email address and the new password you created to log in.
Explore Your Portal
Once logged in, you can:
Book Again – Schedule future appointments quickly.
View Booking History – Check details of previous appointments.
Manage Payment Methods – Update or change your payment information.
